PRAYZVIBES is a movement of sound, love, healing, and human connection. Born in a small wooden attic and carried into the streets, PRAYZVIBES grew through real encounters with people from all walks of life — different cultures, generations, languages, and stories united through music and shared emotion. This project was created for everyone navigating the beauty and complexity of being human. For the dreamers, the seekers, the wounded, the joyful, the lost, and the awakening. Through soulful sound, uplifting energy, and conscious lyrics, PRAYZVIBES creates a space where people can reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with something greater than fear or division. In a fast-moving world, this music is an invitation to slow down, feel deeply, heal honestly, and remember what truly matters: love, peace, freedom, presence, and togetherness. PRAYZVIBES is more than music — it is a growing family, a living vibration, and a new wave of consciousness rooted in compassion, equality, and hope for humanity. Check out the exclusive Interview below:
1. Your roots can often shape your journey. Can you share a story or moment from your early life that had a significant impact on your path into music?
PRAYZVIBES: As a teenager, I was lying on a hillside listening to Bob Marley’s Redemption Song when something shifted inside me. I felt a deep, unexpected peace — the kind that makes the world feel still. At that moment, I understood that music wasn’t just entertainment. It could heal, guide, and change the way we see life. That realization became the compass for everything I create today.
2. Did your musical journey begin with formal training, or was it more of a personal exploration? How has that shaped your unique approach to your craft?
PRAYZVIBES: My journey was almost entirely personal exploration. I tried different instruments, sounds, and styles until the acoustic guitar became my creative home. Every detour — every experiment — shaped the artist I eventually grew into. Nothing was wasted.
3. Who were some of the most influential figures in your early musical life, and how did they inspire your sound? Also, what’s the story behind choosing the name ‘PRAYZVIBES’?
PRAYZVIBES: My influences range through all times and genres from 2Pac and Green Day to Mumford & Sons, Trevor Hall, Xavier Rudd, and Sam Garrett. What connects them is authenticity — artists who express something real without hiding behind trends.
The name PRAYZVIBES reflects gratitude, intention, and the belief that music carries energy. It’s about creating vibrations that uplift, heal, and connect people to something greater than themselves.
4. What do you believe sets your music apart? How would you describe your sound to someone discovering you for the first time, and what emotions or experiences do you hope to evoke in your listeners?
PRAYZVIBES: My music is built on acoustic roots, honest vocals, and messages that matter. I’m not chasing trends. I’m creating songs that offer perspective, hope, and companionship for people navigating their own journeys. I want the music to feel like a friend walking beside you.
5. For most artists, originality is first preceded by a phase of learning and, often, emulating others. What was this like for you? How would you describe your own development as an artist and music maker, and the transition towards your own style, which is known as INDIE?
PRAYZVIBES: found my artistic home in Indie and Folk because of their honesty. Over time, I realized that the most powerful music is the most truthful. My style emerged when I stopped trying to fit into genres and started focusing on expressing what’s real.
6. Music often transcends entertainment. What’s your view on the role and function of music as political, cultural, spiritual, and/or social vehicles – and do you try and affront any of these themes in your work, or are you purely interested in music as an expression of technical artistry, personal narrative, and entertainment?
PRAYZVIBES: Music is one of humanity’s most universal languages. It crosses cultural, social, and spiritual boundaries effortlessly. My hope is to create music that adds a little more harmony, understanding, and healing to the world.
7. Do you feel the rewards of your musical career match the energy and passion you invest in it, or are there different kinds of fulfillment you’re still seeking?
PRAYZVIBES: Fulfillment isn’t measured in numbers. Whether a song reaches one person or one million, the purpose stays the same: connection. The greatest reward is knowing that something I created helped someone see life with a little more hope.
8. Can you walk us through your creative process? From the first spark of an idea to the finished track, what’s the most essential part of your process, and how do collaboration or external influences shape your work?
PRAYZVIBES: Most songs begin with a feeling, a question, or an experience that stays with me. I’m less interested in describing emotions and more interested in transforming them into something meaningful. Music becomes a way of turning experience into growth.
9. What’s been the most challenging hurdle in either your personal life or music career, and how has it shaped you as an artist?
PRAYZVIBES: Balancing solitude and connection. That journey taught me self-reflection, authenticity, and the value of meaningful relationships. It also shaped my desire to build a genuine community around the music.
10. On the flip side, what moment or achievement in your career so far has made you feel the proudest, and why? And let’s talk about your latest release and future plans.
PRAYZVIBES: I still feel like I’m at the beginning of a much bigger journey. Right now, I’m focused on releasing new music, developing PRAYZVIBES REMIX, and creating experiences that bring people together. Success, to me, is measured by lasting impact — not short-term attention.
11. With social media having a heavy impact on our lives and the music business in general, how do you handle criticism, haters, and/or naysayers in general? Is it something you pay attention to, or simply ignore?
PRAYZVIBES: I focus on growth, not approval. Constructive feedback helps me improve. Negativity reminds me to stay aligned with my purpose. If the intention behind the music is true, criticism becomes part of the journey.
12. Creative work in a studio or home environment, or interaction with a live audience? Which of these two options excites you most, and why?
PRAYZVIBES: Both matter, but live performance has a special magic. There’s something powerful about people sharing the same moment, singing the same words, and feeling connected. Those moments remind me why I started.
13. Do you think is it important for fans of your music to understand the real story and message driving each of your songs, or do you think everyone should be free to interpret your songs in their own personal way?
PRAYZVIBES: Not necessarily. Music often reaches the heart before the mind. If someone finds their own meaning, hope, or inspiration in a song, then the song has already done its job.
