An expanded edition of Remi Wolf’s critically acclaimed first album Juno is now available. It includes three new songs, her most recent single “Michael,” three previously unreleased tracks, and a private live rendition of the album’s original closing track, “Street You Live On.”
In a statement, Remi Wolf said, “I intended the new songs on the Juno Deluxe CD to act as bookends to the writing process of the Juno era of my life. “‘Cake’ and ‘Michael’ were written immediately after the album was out, while ‘Fired’ and ‘Sugar’ were both written right before I started working fully on Juno.
“I have such strong nostalgia for these songs,” she continues. They instantly transport me back to the emotional and physical state I was in during, and after one of the most trying, interesting, and creative periods of my life. I hope you will dance and sing along when you hear them and see some of yourself in the lyrics.

The song depicts a hysterical, fixated woman who is willing to sink far into a hazardous pit in order to obtain the high she gets from Michael’s attention. I wanted to really depict this in the video.
The first scene of “Michael” saw Remi Wolf descending into lunacy as she searches for love. She said in a statement regarding the song: “The message has now dawned on me after a few months. In the song, a frantic and fixated woman is depicted as someone who will do everything to obtain Michael’s attention because she loves the high he gives her.
Haley Appell’s crazy “Cake” music video premieres simultaneously with Juno (Deluxe). Remi Wolf is the star of the glitchy night in the video, which also has clowns carrying birthday cakes, fast driving through congested streets, and setting a house on fire.
